RAGNAR (“we”) operates ragnarips.com. This page explains what account and marketplace data we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account details (name, email, password hash or Google subject id)
• Seller storefront profile and listings you publish
• Order, payment, shipping, and support message data needed to run the marketplace
• Technical logs (IP, device/browser signals) for security and abuse prevention

How we use it

• Provide accounts, checkout, seller tools, live rooms, and support
• Prevent fraud, spam, and security abuse
• Send transactional email (verification, password reset, order updates)
• Improve product reliability and performance

Processors

We use trusted processors such as hosting (Render), database (Supabase/Postgres), payments (Stripe), email (Resend), and optional media/AI providers when configured. They process data only to provide those services.

Retention & deletion

You can deactivate your account from Account settings. We scrub personal account fields and buyer contact fields on your orders. Some records may remain for legal, dispute, tax, or fraud reasons.
