By using RAGNAR you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The marketplace
RAGNAR is a trading-card marketplace and live-selling platform. Sellers are responsible for accurate listings, authentic goods, fulfillment, and applicable laws. Buyers are responsible for payment and providing accurate shipping details.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
Fees & payments
Platform and processing fees are disclosed at checkout / seller tools. Payments are processed by Stripe. Founding fee rates apply only when granted under the Founders Program rules.
Prohibited conduct
- Counterfeit, stolen, or misrepresented cards
- Payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or account takeover
- Harassment, spam, scraping, or attempts to attack the platform
- Using automation to bypass rate limits or security controls
Disputes
Use in-app Support / Counsel for order issues. We may request evidence and may reverse, refund, or hold funds when policy or fraud rules require it.

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent allowed by law, RAGNAR is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from marketplace transactions between buyers and sellers.
